The court claims that the men denied converting to Christianity from Islam. However, both men vehemently maintain that they openly professed their Christian faith throughout the trial. Although they have been exonerated of the charges, they fear they will be re-arrested once they resume their Christian activity or that believers who associate with them will also face pressure. Some believe that they were released to appease international pressure and that they might be punished outside of the law. Thank God for the release of Mahmood and Arash. Pray for their protection, and also for their families and relatives. Pray against the legislation going through Iranian parliament, that will make the death sentence mandatory for any man who leaves Islam and chooses another religion. Pray for MBB’s (Muslim Background Believers) in Iran that they may receive courage and power to openly witness about their faith. Pray that secret believers in Iran find and encourage each other SCHEDULE THIS WEEK – November 9thOffering: Persecuted Church Ushers: Craig Van Stryland & Peter Zuidhof Lift Operator: Ernie Stebner Sound: a.m. Wayne p.m. Henry E.
