Please remember our church family in your daily prayers, at mealtimes and during your personal devotions. Continue to remember those young and old with ongoing physical, spiritual, and emotional struggles.

We give thanks that Mr. Klaas Boskers was able to return to his home at Royal Oak and is feeling better.

Our Mexico mission team built two houses in Tijuana and ministered at a soup kitchen and an orphanage. May their work bear fruit in the lives of the people they touched and in their own lives too.

Happy Birthday to Tilly Biel and Gerrit Meindersma!! Tilley will be celebrating her birthday today as Gerrit celebrates on Thursday. To each of you we pray that your day is filled with our Lord’s richest blessings both now and in the coming year. J

Thank you to Bethel with your gift in celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. The gift will be going towards a BBQ. Incidentally we received a BBQ for a wedding gift and that one recently went out of commission. We greatly appreciate the generosity. John & Dana van Gyssel

Do remember those who are unable to worship regularly with us: please keep Jenny Bajema, Tilly Biel, Klaas Boskers, Gerry Doornenbal, Lea Dykstra, Lillian Mercier, Ernie Stebner and Grace Vander Veen in your prayers.

Pray for our missionaries around the world.

Treasure Seekers

have completed another exciting season, with 2 groups of very active grade 3 to 4 and 5 to 6 students. They took notes during the worship service and then met downstairs to discuss the sermon with some very capable facilitators. We are blessed that we have men and women, who are willing to share of their time and talents to help children understand what is being taught during the service here at Bethel.

We would like to invite all the Treasure Seekers students along with the teachers and helpers for a windup breakfast on Sunday, April 10th at 9:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. There will be time to enjoy some delicious food and receive awards for all the activities that were completed. RSVP to awildeboer@xplornet.com by April 8th.

Four translators employed with Wycliffe Associates were recently murdered by militants in an unnamed location of the Middle East. The raid took place at the translators' office. Two workers were able to protect the life of the lead translator by laying on top of him during the attack but they themselves were killed. Items used for translating, print-equipment, books and translation materials were destroyed in the attack. Hard drives containing the work for eight language projects were saved. Ask the Lord to mend the hearts and injuries of the surviving team members, and to bring comfort to loved ones. Pray for strength and continuation of the eight language projects so that this tragedy will not restrict the Gospel from going forth throughout the Middle East. Pray that the militants will experience sincere repentance, forgiveness of sin and eternal salvation.
