Today we bring our offerings for OneBook. OneBook is a Christian Bible translating charity that started as a department within Wycliffe. OneBook has an audacious goal – to tell God’s story in 250 languages by 2040, impacting over 50 million people. They actively partner with indigenous Bible translators, literacy teachers, church leaders and individuals who are passionate about, and committed to, providing the Word of God in their mother tongue.
Next week our church will take an offering for Missionary Support for Diana Boot. Diana will be working in Educational Care in Uganda under the CRWRC. She has been working with elementary teachers, helping them with reasonable lesson plans and encouraging them to have positive relationships with their students. There is much work to be done and Diana is so appreciative of our prayers and support!
