2017‎ > ‎July 9 Bulletin‎ > ‎

Our offering today is for the Lacombe Christian School. LCS believes Christian Education to be an extension of the church, where Alberta Education’s Curriculum is taught with a biblical perspective.

Next Sunday we will take an offering for the Lacombe Community Refugee Effort in support for the Al Omar family.

From Back to God Ministries International:

Thank you, congregation, for your recent gift in support of BTGMI. On your behalf, BTGMI is sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in many countries and communities, as an extension of your local church ministry. We covet your prayers and support, and pray that together we can share the good news of God’s love and grace to our neighbours next door and “to the ends of the earth.” Find out how you are impacting the world by visiting www.backtogod.net and check out one or all of our ten language ministries!

Food for Thought:

According to the Bible, we have the duty to pray together. (Ephesians 6:18; I Thessalonians 5:17.) "Like the covenant people of all ages, we ought to find ourselves praying together deliberately and fervently whenever we can." It's a continual practice.
