PERSECUTED CHURCHRussiaIn May, four ISIS terrorists stormed an Orthodox Church in Chechnya (southern Russia), armed with guns, axes and Molotov cocktails, killing one church member and two security officers, injuring another church member. A hotbed for Islamist activity, Chechnya's population is predominantly Muslim after most of the Christians fled during wars in the 1990's. Remember friends and families of those killed and injured in the attack. Pray for peace of heart for those who witnessed the violence. May governing authorities act justly toward those responsible.
