Our offering today is for support for Resonate Global Mission. The world is at our doorstep. Let’s resonate mission in our neighborhood and around the world. The Christian Reformed Church has a rich history of sending missionaries, planting churches, engaging students through campus ministry and international schools, and a passion for fulfilling the great commission. We are excited about continuing this work as Resonate Global Mission! Now we are joining with God on mission both here in North America and around the globe. People all over the world are hungry to hear about the saving grace of Jesus Christ! Together we can reach across cultural barriers and forge partnerships within new communities of faith. Thank you for your prayers and support.

Next Sunday, September 23rd, our offering will be for the Calvin Theological Seminary. Calvin Theological Seminary is about preparing faithful, creative and compassionate leaders, who will nurture disciples, renew churches and be bearers of shalom to a world in turmoil. Its Reformed approach to theological education uniquely equips students to face the complexities of ministry in this rapidly changing world. All of this happens through an experience that joins head, heart and hands together in joyful response to God’s sovereign claim over all creation.

Next Sunday, September 23th

We welcome Pastor Jason Dahlman from Ebenezer CRC in Leduc as he leads us in worship. His message will be based on Philippians 3:12-16 with the theme of God's grace to us in the past which motivates and empowers us to pursue Him in the present and gives us hope for the future.

Food for Thought:

Once the disciples were out on the lake in a storm, terribly afraid and calling out to Jesus who slept in the boat: "Master! We will drown!" Ever felt that way? Does the Lord take you farther out into the water than your feet could ever wander? That's where your faith will be made stronger, because there you are in the presence of your Saviour.
