2018‎ > ‎2018-10-07 Bulletin‎ > ‎

Our offering today is for support for North America Indigenous Ministries – serving with First Nations to reach all Nations. This offering is a ministry support forSean and Becky Folkerts and their multicultural family as they minister to the Louis Bull Cree Nation near Maskwacis. Through His amazing grace, God has put in Sean & Becky’s hearts the burning desire to share their lives and more importantly, His love with these amazing people!

Sunday, October 14th

Our offering will be for the En-Gedi Children’s Home - Margaret Njuguna. At the En-Gedi Children’s Home in Kenya, the love of God is shared with the many children who love each other, play together, sing and dance as they have been able to do so. They are created in God’s image. They are not disabled. They are abled differently!

From the Deacons:

Please take note that beginning Today, we will be going to only one collection plate during the offering. Remember, if you are writing a cheque to put a note in the memo portion, whether it is for Budget or otherwise. Any cash or Bethel bucks intended for the budget can be placed in an envelope provided in the pews. Please fill out the envelope before you place in the offering plate. We ask that you are all respectful of these offering envelopes and do not use them for other purposes. Thank you.

Food for Thought:

Have you ever counted the stars? It's scientifically proven to be impossible. And Genesis 1:16b tells us, almost as an afterthought, He also made the stars. And gave them all names! No wonder we sing that “He is indescribable, uncontainable, all powerful, untameable, incomparable, unchangeable..." Chris Tomlin. Are you still worried there's anything He can't do for you?
